You may be thinking about a painting of a favourite landscape or perhaps a large statement piece to occupy that important position in your home or business premises. Whatever your needs, we are happy to discuss them with you.
In arranging a commission, after discussing with the client we take a simple brief and if possible, visit the location in advance to assess how a composition might work. The options for size are set out along with an estimate of cost and timescale. Once agreed an initial deposit of 33% is taken to secure the commission. Paintings are created either on-site or in the studio.
Regretfully we cannot work solely from a client’s photograph.

A large statement painting 31” x 43” on linen canvas for an important position in the client’s home.
Initially the client purchased a smaller 10” x 14” plein air piece of the same scene and later decided that something more dramatic was needed to take pride of place. This large piece was created in the studio in 2024.

A commission painting 12” x 24” for a client, to capture the view from their home. After consulting with the client it was decided that not only was the view beautiful but including the sunset colours in the clouds would complimented it even more. The painting was created plein air in a very chilly February 2021
